"The Manager Development Program" training in the Operational Department continues into 2024.
This year, 387 employees and partners will undergo training. The main objectives of the program remain:
- Advancing and unfolding your leadership potential within the challenges of the Operational Department;
- A more conscious understanding of effective people and process management, with a focus on the specifics of our industry;
- What it means to be a manager at Speedy and how to best demonstrate competencies, values, and belonging to our company.
