We have received signals from online users that misleading messages are being sent on behalf of Speedy concerning customs fees.
In this regard, we would like to officially notify and warn you:
- Company employees did not send this e-mail.
- The e-mail address [email protected] from which the message was sent is not connected to Speedy AD. All email addresses of Speedy have the extension @speedy.bg. We advise you to be careful for misleading domains that are not connected to Speedy and not open links or attached files which may contain malware.
- The links we provide for shipment tracking and status lead to SmartControl, with the address https://www.speedy.bg/en/smart-control or to our official website https://www.speedy.bg
The above campaign abused the name of Speedy as well as the trust we have built together with our clients over the years. We have informed the state authorities about the case.
