The amendment is necessitated by the situation with the Coronavirus crisis and the administrative difficulties that have arisen in connection therewith. The extension will provide sufficient time to ensure the necessary coordination and obtain the relevant regulatory approvals. While GeoPost SA may apply to obtain such approvals in anticipation of the potential exercise of its call option right, the actual exercise of such right continues to be at GeoPost SA’s unfettered discretion.
