1. REDIRECT TO SPEEDY OFFICE/AUTOMAT.
Within SMART CONTROL you can redirect the parcel to the Speedy's most convenient for you office or automat. Redirection is FREE OF CHARGE for one and same city. Depending on the time of rediredting, the shipment can be delivered within the same delivery time period or on the next working day.

2. REDIRECT TO ADDRESS.
Through SMART CONTROL you can redirect the shipment to an address of your choice.

CALL THE COURIER BACK TO THE ADDRESS

Within SMART CONTROL you can request a re-visit to your address in cases where the courier has failed to contact you. Using the Call back button, the courier can visit you again the same day. Just choose whether the second visit is on the same day or the next and confirm.

POSTPONE DELIVERY FOR NEXT DAY

SMART CONTROL offers you the option to postpone the parcel for the next working day depending on your plans and personal time.

Online payment of the amount due on your parcel    

Via Smart Control you are able to pay the amount due on your parcel online by card/Google Pay or Apple Pay safe and easy. Specify an email address where you will receive a receipt and follow the steps to complete the payment.

*"Open before payment"/"Test before payment" options cannot be used after online payment even if they have been requested by the sender when sending the parcel. For parcels for which the sender has not allowed card payment of the Cash on Delivery or Postal Money Order amount, only the value of the courier service can be paid online. In such cases, Cash on Delivery /Postal Money Transfer amount can only be paid in cash upon receipt of the parcel.

CANCEL AUTOMATIC SHIPMENT PHONE CALLS

Through SMART CONTROL you can refuse automatic reminder calls about your shipment.

TRACK PARCEL IN REAL TIME

With SMART CONTROL informs you FREE OF CHARGE about the current location of your shipment.

FILL IN MISSING/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

In case of missing or incomplete delivery address you will receive a notification and link in SMART CONTROL and by clicking on the link you can fill in the proper address, so that we would be able to deliver the parcel to your door.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Within SMART CONTROL you can request automatic e-mail notifications of one or more of the options presented here directly to your email.
