Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that as of June 24, 2024, due to a new traffic organization on the E79 road and the detour routes, the following changes are required in the working hours for service in the town of Vidin and the area:
- Start time for address deliveries by courier: 10:30 a.m.
- Cut-off time for pick-up requests: 15:30 – urban and 15:00 – extra-urban.
- Parcels for receiving at Speedy office will be available for pickup after 10:30 a.m. We remind you that when the parcel is prepared at the office, the recipient is notified via SMS/Viber message.
- Cut-off time for accepting parcels to be sent on the same day: 16:00.
