For all parcels to Romania, weighing more than 500 kg or worth more than 10 thousand lei (approx. 2000 EUR), you must indicate the UIT-code from the RO e-Transport registration in the waybill, in the "contents" field, so that we can deliver the parcel to its end recipient.
In 2022, the Government of Romania approved the introduction of an integrated RO e-Transport - electronic system to monitor the land transportation of goods with high fiscal risk (GHFR). The system monitors in real time the movement of goods on the territory of Romania in order to reduce tax evasion. RO e-Transport is an electronic system through which a unique registration code (UIT code) is generated for each load falling within the scope of Ordinance No. 41/2022 of 04/08/2022 and its subsequent amendments.
Without this registration in RO e-Transport and the presence of a UIT-code in the "content" field, pallet shipments falling within the scope of the Ordinance and its subsequent amendments and additions could not be delivered to Romania.
