From 20th to 22th November 2014, under the auspices of the World Jiu Jitsu sports organization (WSJO), in Yavorzhno, Poland, was held the first European Championship in sport jiu jitsu. It was attended by competitors from seven European countries Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.
Participants competed in all age groups. Bulgaria was represented of children and adolescents from sport club “Saturn Plovdiv”. The participation of club “Saturn” in the European championship was supported by Speedy. Performance of our athletes was excellent: 3 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze medal.
