The additional service Return Receipt (proof of delivery) is applicable when you wish to have a document for completed delivery with a handwritten signature of the recipient. Speedy provides the opportunity to receive the return receipt in electronic format to your email (e-Return receipt), immediately after delivery, or on paper delivered as a parcel on a next business day (Paper Return Receipt).
Return of Documents can be used when the receiver is required to fill in or sign documents contained in the parcel.

Return Receipt (proof of delivery), Return of Documents and Return of documents (postponed) are applicable for domestic shipments on the territory of Bulgaria. For shipments to Romania is possible to use only the service Return of Documents.
Return Receipt (proof of delivery) and Return of Documents are to be requested by the sender of the parcel. There is a preferential price for delivering shipments with Return of Documents and it is only valid when the receiver forewords the documents at the moment of delivery.
