We would like to inform you that from 03.01.2023 the usual cutoff time for accepting pickup requests on weekdays has been restored throughout the country, except for the city of Sofia.
In the period 03.01.2024 – 05.01.2024 the cutoff time for accepting pickup requests in the city of Sofia will be extended by one hour – until 4:00 p.m. for palletized parcels and until 5:00 p.m. for non-palletized parcels.
As of 08.01.2024, the cutoff time for accepting pickup requests in the city of Sofia will be extended with one more hour and pickup request will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. for palletized parcels and until 6:00 p.m. for non-palletized parcels.
