Dear Customers,
In order to maintain the high quality of our package and pallet services, as of 01.03.2025 are required the following updates:
- Parcels with a physical weight of up to 7 kg with Standard 24 service will be charged according to their physical weight and not according to their volumetric weight, if it is the greater of the two and does not exceed 50 kg. We believe that this change will contribute to clear pricing for both business customers and the end consumers, allowing us to maintain quality service for the most common parcels in the future, too.
- In order to meet the increased demands when transporting high fiscal risk parcels and to continue to fully offer our services in this weight range, we introduce a 10% increase in the delivery prices for domestic and international palletized parcels.
