Dear Customers,
In order to return a parcel delivered by DHL you need a DHL parcel number for return, given by the sender of the parcel.
If the customer does not have a DHL parcel number for return, they need to ask the sender company in order to receive it.
If the customer has a DHL parcel number for return, they need to send an email to [email protected] and attach the returning DHL parcel number, in order to generate a Speedy parcel number. The customer may send the parcel via Speedy’s office network with the generated Speedy parcel number.
