The Speedy Talent Search Initiative, which the company has been running for the 6th time, provides opportunities for professional development for young people - students from recent courses or recently graduated bachelors and masters. The program offers the selected candidates training, professional development, a good starting salary, mentor to guide them, an individual development plan, and a permanent employment contract in the dynamic working environment of Speedy.
