Our partners from DPD Group in Europe need this information in order to email the recipient a prior notice for their parcel. Moreover, we need the email of the recipient in order to provide our additional services: PREDICT (exact time frame of the delivery), Redirect the parcel to the nearest location, as well as, real time Track & Trace.
