As of today a new measure has been introduced to improve our coomon security when delivering shipments.

All parcels that have been shipped to address and cannot be delivered due to a recipient’s absence shall be forwarded to the nearest office for self-collection on the next business day.

Until now, our practice was that parcels shipped to address were available for self-collection at the offices on the same business day, but now we are obliged to manage every visit to the office of both clients and couriers in the best way and under maximum anti-epidemic measures taken.
