As of the 3rd of January 2024, the National Revenue Agency introduced mandatory preliminary declaration of data, according to Art. 127i of the Tax and Insurance Procedural Code, for the transport of high fiscal risk goods (HFRG), carried out with means of transport over 3.5 t.
When submitting the transport data to the HFRG, the NRA system generates and provides a unique transportation number (UTN).
A document that certifies the registration and showing the UTN must be provided to Speedy AD, together with the CMR and invoice for the goods in the parcel. The validity of the UTN is 14 days. When carrying out fiscal control, together with the documents under Art. 13, para. 2 of the Tax and Insurance Procedural Code, Speedy AD should also provide a document for the UTN.
In the event that you are sending palletized shipments containing HFRG, please provide the unique transportation number so that we can deliver your parcel. In the absence of UTN, the parcel will be stopped and returned to you.
