Dear Customers,
As of 04.11.2024 the fee (percentage rate) for the service Cash on Delivery for parcels in Bulgaria shall be updated as follows:

COD payments to the customer via bank transfer or COD payments to the customer in cash in Speedy office |
2.4% of the COD amount, no less than BGN 1.20 |

COD payments to the customer in cash, at customer's address |
2.4% of the COD amount, no less than BGN 1.80 |
The minimal amounts remain unchanged, as well as the fee for payment of COD amount via bank card at a POS terminal by the consignee.
