According to a decision of the Commission for Regulation of Communications from 21.12.2017:
Registered or non-registered parcels shall not be accepted from minors or under-aged persons at address, at Speedy office or automated postal station (locker), no matter whether they have been requested by them or by a third party.
Registered or non-registered parcels shall not be delivered to minors or under-aged persons, at address or at Speedy office, no matter whether they have been requested by them or by a third party.
Registered or non-registered parcels, addressed to minors or under-aged persons, shall be delivered to the parents or their guardians against presented documents, certifying their capacity: birth certificate or court decision, and it shall be checked against the personal identification document of the representative.
