Using the Declared Value service you can guarantee the security of your parcels against the usual risks of transportation. We recommend using this service, when you are sending parcels containing new items or items still in warranty, or ones which price outweighs the standard coverage included in the price of the service.
The declared value coverage of a parcel is a responsibility of the carrier in case of loss, theft or damaging of the item up to the declared value of the parcel in BGN. Fees are paid in BGN in Bulgaria. Additional service Declared Value is allowed for shipments being transported using the Pallet 1 service and for shipments being transported using parcel services which consist of parcels with singular weight less than 32 kg. The declared value must be the same as the actual value of the parcel and it must be proven by relevant documents provided by the customer. The terms and conditions for the service "Declared Value" are described in the Terms and Conditions provided by Speedy for servicing parcels.

The contents of a shipment are considered fragile if a part or the whole item is made out of glass, plexiglass, plastic, china, faience, cosmetics, electronics, paintings and is marked with the "Fragile" sign. All other items are considered non-fragile.
You may use the additional service Declared Value for parcels from/to Bulgaria to/from Central and Eastern Europe with the service Speedy CEE with maximum value of the shipment of BGN 3 000. For parcels with the service Cash on Delivery to Poland, the service Declared Value is mandatory.
